Ethan Laughery has experience in Estate Planning, Real Estate, Business Law, Taxation, and General Practice matters. Ethan helps clients accomplish their estate planning goals by drafting Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney documents, and other Estate Planning documents. He assists clients conveying or leasing residential, commercial, and agricultural real estate and can prepare related documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and deeds. Ethan has assisted in forming various business entities, drafting corporate resolutions, and other business matters. Ethan also works with clients on tax planning and tax return preparation.
Ethan has worked with Hoyt, Morain & Hommer, P.C. since 2020, beginning first as a law clerk while attending law school. After passing the Iowa bar in 2022, he transitioned into his role as an associate attorney with the firm.
