Dave began his practice in Jefferson, Iowa in 1982, first with another local firm as an associate attorney and then as an Owner/Partner with that firm for nearly 16 years. In 2001, Dave established a solo practice with Hoyt Law Firm, P.C. and began to grow the firm. Hoyt continued to manage the firm after David Morain became an owner in Hoyt & Morain Law Firm, P.C. After Brandon Hommer joined the firm, Dave recently transitioned to an Of Counsel relationship with Hoyt, Morain & Hommer, P.C.
