Brandon has experience in the areas of Real Estate, Business Law, Estate Planning, Probate Estate and Trust Administration, Municipal Law, Taxation, and General Practice. Brandon assists and consults with clients on purchasing, selling, transferring, exchanging, and leasing residential and commercial real estate by preparing contracts, leases, easements, and related documents. Brandon advises business clients on matters of policy, employment relations, and business planning. Brandon assists clients on preparing for the transition of business and personal assets by preparing Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and other Estate Planning mechanisms. Brandon also works with clients on tax planning and preparation, and other matters of general practice.
Brandon has practiced in Jefferson since 2016, starting first at another area firm, and transitioning to Hoyt & Morain Law Firm, P.C., as an associate attorney in 2020. Brandon became an owner in the firm in January 2022 with the new firm name Hoyt Morain & Hommer, P.C.
